Terri has over 26 years of experience in Charleston Area Real Estate and has been a Broker for 22 years. As a longtime resident of the Lowcountry, living in various places from Historic Downtown to the Intracoastal Waterway, Terri brings a deep knowledge and a personal connection to the areas she serves.

Ashley is a lifetime local resident of Charleston, SC, and began her career in real estate as a marketing expert for Charleston’s top agents and brokerages, including her now business partner, Terri Seignious. Ashley realized the opportunity to learn from a seasoned broker. She utilized her passion for perfection in marketing and high-level client service to build a fast career as one of Charleston’s top agents.
With a wealth of local knowledge from growing up on the waters and in the woods of the Lowcountry, Ashley can easily specialize in helping people relocate to and within Charleston through the changing stages of life. She continues to grow her education through certifications to help serve her clientele to the highest standard, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified Equestrian Property Specialist, Historic Property Specialist, and an active FAA Licensed Drone Pilot.
